We are Scott and Lydia Westbrook, owners of Pelagic Pool and Spa. We are a family owned and operated small business, located in Brooksville, FL.

We started our business with a goal in mind: to treat their customers the way they would want to be treated and to treat their pools as if they were their own.

After 15 years working and managing field operations for his family’s pool finishing and remodeling business, Scott was ready to use his experience and build his own business serving the community.

​

Over the past 15 years, Scott has managed and helped oversee hundreds of pool finishing projects and remodels—from basic residential pool resurfacing and finishing projects, to custom remodels, and even full-scale Olympic-size commercial pool remodeling projects.

​

Lydia has been in the pool remodeling industry for the past five years and manages the office to help projects run smoothly in the field and keep customers up to date about their projects.
